the Gaplab Manifesto is already published in the Süddeutsche Zeitung in English (thanks to Max), and on the CICEB Webiste: http://ciceb.org/youth/
For the handbook, we are going to need everyone's signature at the end of the manifesto text. In that sense it will mean that you have all read and agreed upon the things that are in there. This is our mission statement. We may not be fully operationable yet, but our modest efforts will soon be rewarded (i just know they will)!

Hello people, where are you? To make a comment on a Union`s White Paper is something WE should really do now. We are the creative minds their need. My finnish friend, to whom I have mailed our Manifesto said,that in the White Paper thinking is really similar to ours.I think that is a one fine thing! Yours, Maria
Yes, it actually goes the same way, but you stress more on the marketing aspect, which is so important, because the EU'institutions need so much to gain our support :) I mean, why don't they use the same kind of buzz campaigns like Sprite did in Belgium few months ago? Something fresh and funny, a little bit mysterious...

Ok, I have this sharpened idea now: would it be alright for you all, that to send the Manifesto as a comment to the White Paper? I mean it is a ready-made comment. Good one.I could do it.
By the way, Finland helding the leadership from the beginning of this July, the political discussion has expanded dealing with EU-issues. Tomorrow, for instance there is a open discussion for everyone interested in, about better and more diverse EU held by "European Finland" (straight forward translation) in our Parliament House in Helsinki.
Nowadays they have a special wing in their main building for citizen agendas. I am definitely going to go.
